TimeGap automatically suggests times to your customers to book so that your slack time is minimized. You don't want to give your customers completely free hands to book just any time, because that will lead to short 10 minute breaks in the middle of the day that you cannot use. On the other hand, your customers won't mind coming in an extra 10 minutes earlier or later if that is the only time they can see. TimeGap looks at your history, your most booked services and hours, per worker and per location to optimize times so that there is always room for one more booking in the middle if needed. It thus helps you fill your calendar already days or weeks before the day. And it learns by time - so if your busienss changes, so does TimeGap - automatically. TimeGap is today an integral part of Booker and with it our customers on average get 1,2 more bookings per day per employee. That is more than one booking without any other changes and with no discounts given.
Export all you bookings or classes to an Excel spreadsheet for further analyzing or invoicing. You can also filter them before exporting so that you only get bookings of a specific kind, e.g. Un-confirmed bookings or bookings in a specific location within a specified timeframe. Design really is in the details, and we have thus minimized clutter in the User Interface as much as possible. You only see the essential parts but at the same time have the power to do much more. You can for instance enable drag & drop support in the calendar so that you can drag a booking from one day or time to another or you can define the maximum amount of bookings per person per week or month, you can hide employees in the calendar that don't have work during that week or month and you can control who sees what by assigning access rights to functionalities and views in DigitalBooker. You have so much control but still everything stays as beautiful and minimalistic as possible.
